Christoph von der Malsburg is a senior fellow at the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies (FIAS), which is affiliated with the Goethe University Frankfurt. In his research, Christoph is interested in the self-organization and function of the brain, using visual perception as an example. As a senior fellow at the Collegium, Christoph organized an interdisciplinary discussion series that brought together ideas from different fields with the goal of deepening our understanding of the brain and mind.
