Kathleen is an Associate Professor in International Law at the University of Miami School of Law and serves on the executive council and executive committee of the American Society of International Law and as co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Economic Law. During her fellowship at the Collegium, she studied the place of the corporation in international trade law through an interdisciplinary perspective.
