Kerstin Pull is Professor of Business Administration at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. One of her primary research interests is assessing the effects of increasing the representation of women in management positions and governing bodies. In the context of her work at the Collegium, she used scenario experiments to address the question of whether and to what extent female students and junior researchers deal with feedback differently than their male counterparts, what implications this has for their career ambitions, and through what channels any differences between the genders could be appropriately addressed.
